Krista
My name is Krista Cheri, and I have been apprenticing for the last few years under Greg Fly. The last year at the shop I have spent my time getting familiar with tattooing clients and progressing my work from sketch, to drawing, to finished tattoo. Becoming a tattoo artist was always a dream of mine and is pretty much the reason why I ended up going to art school in NYC. It's always been something that's appealed to me from my the first time I saw a big traditional panther on my babysitter's leg to growing up in the New York punk scene and meeting older kids who had either awesome punk rock hand poked tattoos or were getting large scale work from more established artists. I guess that and my love for the circus, and creating... has led me down this path. I hope to be able to take this craft and travel and learn everything I can about it's present, past, and future.
